Introduction

Mystic Life Astrology (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information you provide. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other applicable laws.

Lawful Bases for Processing

We rely on the following legal bases to process personal information:

  • Consent: You have provided clear permission for us to process your data (e.g. for a report or reading).

  • Contract: Processing is necessary to perform our service or take pre-contractual steps.

  • Legitimate Interests: Where we provide personalised services using client-supplied birth data, we’ve assessed that the processing is expected, proportionate, and in line with client expectations.

Legitimate Interests Assessment

We collect and use sensitive personal data such as birth time, date, and location to generate accurate astrological readings. This is central to the service and has been requested explicitly by the client. The data collected is minimal, relevant, and handled with care.
